AVA Television is an independent media platform focused on delivering accurate reporting, in-depth analysis, and video coverage of important developments in Afghanistan and around the world.
Our Story
AVA Television is an independent media organization founded by a group of Afghanistan's journalists living in exile. The primary mission of this platform is to reflect the political, social, and cultural realities of Afghanistan while creating an open space for dialogue and exchange of ideas among different segments of society regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, or background.
AVA Television emphasizes the core principles of professional journalism including accuracy, impartiality, and responsibility. It aims to provide audiences with reliable and balanced coverage of developments in Afghanistan and across the world.
The platform currently operates online with more than 20 journalists and media collaborators based in Germany, other European countries, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and Pakistan, striving to reflect the authentic voice of Afghan society through field reporting and analytical coverage.
At present the content of AVA Television is published in Persian. However, the launch of Pashto and English publications is also planned, along with preparations for future satellite broadcasting.
